Job Description

Senior consultants create the client’s first impression of the company & drive sales for the organization to allow us to fulfill our mission.

Paid traffic is done entirely by the marketing department, however senior consultants are responsible for qualifying, following-up with, and demonstrating the product to the lead with the goal of ultimately turning them into a client if they are a good fit for our program as well as booking their own appointments during down time.

In the initial week or 2, we will train you and you will be required to prove yourself first before receiving the luxury of inbound appointments if you are applying for our sales position. The appointment setting position will get the luxury of setting appointments with warm inbound leads immediately.

We expect our consultants to work as long and as hard as it takes to meet their targets & coach our prospects on the best ways to grow their mortgage lending business.

What This Job Entails

Taking Introductory calls to qualify potential new clients.

Setting your own appointments with prospects at times.

Taking Demo calls to showcase the product and close new clients.

Respond to new leads and get them on a call.

Coaching the clients on how to get the best results from our program.

Providing ongoing feedback on lead quality to the marketing department.

Following up with leads from our pipeline in the past.

Miscellaneous tasks relating to client sales, as needed.

Full-time position: between 30-50 hours a week depending on schedule.

Compensation

The Lender Ai Team decides how much money they make based on the value they provide to the organization.

OTE Falls Between 8K - 15K/mo within the first 3 months

A pre-agreed percentage of each sale is cumulatively paid on a monthly basis.

There will also be bonus incentives to hit each month & competitions.
