Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Administrative Support professional to join our team at Lender AI. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing CRM software, creating client onboarding accounts, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work environment and be comfortable working behind a computer for 4-5 hours at a time.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately complete assigned administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and document management.
Manage the CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
Create new client onboarding accounts and facilitate the setup process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Track and maintain simple numbers and data, such as customer inquiries, project statuses, and other relevant metrics.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Assist with email management, responding to inquiries, and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members etc.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely task and project completion.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Contribute to improving administrative processes and suggest innovative ideas for increased efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficient computer skills and experience with online communication and collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Quickly learn new systems and software.
Comfortable working behind a computer for 4-5 hours at a time.
Fun, energetic, and self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
